First off I will say Queena is great. But heaven forbid you get someone else. The young girl butchered my son's hair earlier this year. Then Queena did it after that. It was good when queena did it. This time we get Jonny. My son had long shaggy, curly like hair. Told him, trim the front just above the eyes, trim the sides and don't touch the back. My son came out with a military cut. I recently got my hair colored at a salon in Ventura. I absolutely hated it, it wasn’t at all what I wanted. The second photo was what I was going for and instead I got highlights and ugly roots that didn’t suit me whatsoever. I came to Queena with a haircut to make me feel better about it and she offered to fix the color for me. I asked if she was available the next day and she scheduled me promptly for the next morning.
