Unfortunately, my experience at this walk-in clinic was very negative. From the start, the receptionist lacked basic customer service skills. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and appeared unhappy working there, which made the visit uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with respect. I will not be returning.
