Just did an x ray here. Instead of the tech saying hi what’s your name or good morning he just looked at man said what’s your name. I told him. As I walked in the room I said don’t you say good morning or hello first you just ask for my name. He don’t respond and I know he heard me and I stood what I was saying. Then I went into the room and he started verbally telling me how to position my hand and then proceeding to tide his hand to shift my shoulders and move me as if he was pushing me. I had my 18–20 weeks ultrasound today with Samar, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, supportive, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Her cheerful nature and positive energy really stood out, and she patiently answered all my questions and concerns. It’s rare to meet someone who stays so warm and encouraging even at the end of a long, busy day

I had ultrasound from 18-20 weeks.. The whole staff is very kind and understanding. I visited there for my pregnancy ultrasound which is done by fouzia. She is very nice and kind hearted. I felt very comfortable with her during ultrasound. She is well experienced in her job. I liked her the way of doing her job and to be honest she made my day with her kind words for my baby and for me. Thank you soo much

I wish there was no star to give them, I wouldn’t have given them even a half star.I called to book an appointment and the way receptionist was talking to me was totally unacceptable.I hated the way she said Hi and then kept asking me(very rudely) what ultrasound are you looking forrrrrrr??????? And the tone she was speaking in, you can’t even imagine.Like, are you guys deaf or what??? Or if you don’t understand English just ask a person nicely to pardon, I have no problem with repeating myself.What a terrible customer servi... read more
