We had excellent experience with Fouzia.
I had a wonderful experience during my ultrasound appointment. The radiologist Fouzia was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and reassured, which meant a lot to me. Her gentle approach and positive attitude really helped ease my anxiety. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled radiologist.
Very disappointing experience. I did not receive my ultrasound report on time, and the staff kept changing their statements every minute. First they said it would be ready, then suddenly blamed system issues.While technical problems can happen, there seems to be no concern for patients waiting anxiously for important results. Poor communication and lack of responsibility made the whole experience frustrating. Patients deserve clear information and timely updates, not excuses.
I visited here for pregnancy ultrasound they took me in as walk in as it was urgent ultrasound by my family doctor. So receptionist told me to come right away and within 15 minutes Ultrasound tech MONIKA took me in and did my ultrasound. Monika was very nice and kind to me. She did everything smoothly. Thank you for yours fast service.
