They explained the entire procedure clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and less anxious. Just did an x ray here. Instead of the tech saying hi what’s your name or good morning he just looked at man said what’s your name. I told him. As I walked in the room I said don’t you say good morning or hello first you just ask for my name. He don’t respond and I know he heard me and I stood what I was saying. Then I went into the room and he started verbally telling me how to position my hand and then proceeding to tide his hand to shift my shoulders and move me as if he was pushing me. Worst experience, went with my 11 yr old for X ray, as he was in pain. made us wait over 1 hour even. Others patient were taken before us. They don't care if it's a kid or not. Do not go there!!!
I had my 18–20 weeks ultrasound today with Samar, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, supportive, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Her cheerful nature and positive energy really stood out, and she patiently answered all my questions and concerns. It’s rare to meet someone who stays so warm and encouraging even at the end of a long, busy day
