Unfortunately I’ve decided to leave a one star review after trying to contact the salon multiple times regarding an uncomfortable situation that occurred with your staff member Kalina. I don’t feel the need to go into specifics here, as I’ve emailed and messaged the salon with the details, albeit with no response. It’s a shame to see this lack of customer service, especially because I voiced a genuine concern regarding how I was treated. To ignore it is really beyond me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
