The braiders here are quick attentive and friendly. They do great work. The first time I went to Queen, it was a last minute request after my former braiding place closed and she happened to be available immediately. She made sure I was pleased when I left. I’ve been back 2x since and have been very satisfied. She has a good team with her!

I got both my daughter’s hair done here. One of my daughters stylist did her boho right and braided the curls into the braids and it has kept up very well. My other daughter’s hair was done by a stylist who didn’t braid them in and they all started to fall out every time I try to refresh them. $240 down the drain I won’t return. They don’t brush the kids hair out before blow drying and we’re breaking off all my babies ends in chunks and she was crying in pain from how hard she was doing it.

Really nice, gave me exactly what I wanted, though I would give a five star, I gave them 3 stars because I schedule an appointment for 5:30. We arrive at 5. They didn’t end up starting on my hair until 7:30!! They were busy, yes, but I felt like I was being forgotten. Other than that, amazing service, nice people, would come here again.

New customer. Quinta got me in the next day at 6am. Another braider did my hair. Very patient with helping me figure out the hair color and type. Done in 4.5 hours. They all help each other. Very upbeat, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Just call them. You won’t be disappointed.
