I had a wonderful experience with Miss Rose at Queens Hair Braiding! She did a fantastic job on my twists—they are neat, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. She was professional, welcoming, and worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. Was in and out in less than 4 hours for medium knotless. Get clarity on the service and price. I wish that there was music or a movie instead of having to listen to chat and conversation. They don't have ombre hair. A social media post made it sound like you can bring your own hair

I booked with the owner after clearly explaining (and sending pictures) that my daughter has very short, uneven, silky hair. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, and no upcharge was mentioned. However, after the appointment started, I was told there would be an extra charge due to her hair length. That should have been communicated upfront. What really upset me was the lack of professionalism. The ladies at the shop were super nice and kind and really good at their job!! so I want to start there. However, the with the owner I have been in contact with has quoted me on a wrong price on a direct picture of what I wanted. when I went back to explain to her the day after, that I am not satisfied with what I had the only thing that she could say was, it was a miscommunication on her end and no type of resolution to be solved. Okay job. They made the braids butt length even though I repeated to make them a little longer than midback since they complained about my long hair. Overpriced, take extremely long for a simple hairstyle, and they play around while the customer is waiting. Other shops are faster and more professional.
