I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Quinta by phone. I booked my appointment, sent her a photo of what I wanted.(box braids, boho or extra curls) I also explained to her that my scalp was very sensitive and I requested hypoallergenic hair. Ms. Quinta assured me that she will take care of me. I left totally satisfied! Ms. Quinta and her stylist were very professional, caring accommodating. I tried to not leave a terrible review. Run! Far away! Vet your braider. Pay attention when they are braiding your hair!! I looked at all of the nice pictures posted and asked all the questions, and my braids were still TERRIBLE. Poorly done. NOT like any of the pictures posted. They were not too tight which was good, and she braided fast! I find out why, later... on this day, I traveled from NJ to get these braids. I only get my hair done at Queen Stylish Braiding Hair, because nowhere else compares! The team is very professional, and their braiding is always neat and precise. If you have any concerns during your appointment, they listen and make adjustments. They also check in with you throughout the process to ensure your hair looks exactly how you want it. Although my hair took a little longer than I expected, it was worth it. The owner did my faux locs and she was very precise and made sure I got what I wanted. I will be back.
Really nice, gave me exactly what I wanted, though I would give a five star, I gave them 3 stars because I schedule an appointment for 5:30. We arrive at 5. They didn’t end up starting on my hair until 7:30!! They were busy, yes, but I felt like I was being forgotten. Other than that, amazing service, nice people, would come here again.
