We brought our 13-year-old golden retriever in after she fell sick very quickly. Even though we had never been to this clinic before, they welcomed us without hesitation. Their kindness and compassion were unmatched. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, helping us through one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. After 10 days the wound has not healed properly, wound is still open at the top of the wound where they did not put a suture. Another surgery and another $700 later we still have no end in sight. I believe they genuinely want to care for animals, but the qual... read more
