Taking my cat to this clinic is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Even if nothing could have saved him, the way this visit was handled felt cold, disorganized, and upsetting. I brought my 10-year-old cat in because his breathing seemed elevated and he appeared briefly dizzy. He was still eating, purring, and playing. We are visiting family out of town when our dog got quilled by a porcupine. We called Queen Street Vet and were taken in instantly. They were so pleasant, calm, and made the experience as positive as possible. Prices seem fair, clinic was very clean, and each staff member treated us with such kindness. Dr Heather and Staff quite literally saved my boy Chewie’s life. He is a not quite 2 year old chocolate lab. He started to get sick and was vomiting pinkish vomit. Took him to our vet right away and they kept him all day and sent him home at closing time. By 4am he was in critical condition and we couldn’t wait for our vet to open. We brought our 13-year-old golden retriever in after she fell sick very quickly. Even though we had never been to this clinic before, they welcomed us without hesitation. Their kindness and compassion were unmatched. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, helping us through one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. Saying goodbye to our sweet girl wasn’t easy, but their care and support gave us comfort during such a difficult moment. We are incredibly grateful for their warmth and professionalism.
