Always wait and no apologies
Was the best place a few years ago but thing really changed. Booked a an appointment and was told at the start " I don't have the time for that book another appointment " (only booked in for one thing). Another, I was charged wrong for my appointment and was told "oh well, not my problem by reception."
Our 7 month old saw Dr Kimberley Benson who was fantastic, reassuring and thorough.
