I went in for an ADHD assessment with Dr Warfe. The process of getting this appointment was tumultuous, to say the least. I called on three separate occasions before one of the staff members (a lovely older lady) finally helped me schedule it. On the previous two occasions, I was told information would be emailed to me or that someone would look into booking me in, only for the calls to end after I was placed on hold. This happened twice. Had such a great experience with Dr. Jessica Lee! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed and she took the time to really understand my symptoms. She was also very thorough and professional, making sure I got all the tests I needed for peace of mind. On top of that, she was so warm and reassuring throughout the whole appointment, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Really grateful for her care and support. I had a great experience with Dr Ria Warfe. She is ‘no fuss’ and thorough, while also being caring and highly attuned to the patient’s experience. She is especially knowledgeable and helpful with women’s health concerns. Plus, she runs a tight ship and is generally very prompt with appointment times - a big plus for busy officer workers!
