Rude receptionist, lengthy delays of up to an hour waiting for arrogant, self absorbed doctors. Lack of professionalism. I had a regular doctor who left the surgery and nobody contacted me to let me know. Blinding arrogance of the doctors to keep patients waiting 45 minutes.
I've read the poor reviews, but myself and my late partner receive/d nothing but the highest quality care from the front of house staff to the doctors. The great care shown is consistent, respectful and thorough. Thank you to everyone there.

Dr Biles is An absolutely amazing dr, I could never fault that man and his work… But their other staff in their are actually dimwits those receptionists need to learn what sort of job that their in and their in this job to try and help people not make peoples days worse.
