I have been attending the clinic for 3 years. I've been seen by 5 different doctors in that time and I have no complaints. In fact, I was pretty sick with an unknown problem when I arrived in Murwillumbah and was tested extensively until my diagnosis was confirmed. I have recovered well with the appropriate therapy and medicine. All medical clinics run late and some times it was because I was the patient who required extra time. The receptionists have been competent as have the nurses.

This medical centre is home base to several doctors and nurses who have all impressed me with their courtesy and professionalism over the last couple of years. Parking can be difficult at times but there is council parking right next door, it's just often very full. I've always managed to find a park in time for my appointments though. This medical practice has air filters throughout the waiting rooms and in both of the doctor's rooms that I've been in. This is something I find encouraging. I was there last week waiting to have my blood pressure taken. Whilst waiting there was a lady there with a mask on coughing like mad. I heard her tell someone it's not Covid and they kept giving her water. Since I've been there I've now developed a case of pretty bad flu. I thought they had a duty of care to isolate people with flu symptoms. I'm now suffering and not happy. I've been virtually no where else where I could have picked this up.
