I was there last week waiting to have my blood pressure taken. Whilst waiting there was a lady there with a mask on coughing like mad. I heard her tell someone it's not Covid and they kept giving her water. Since I've been there I've now developed a case of pretty bad flu. I thought they had a duty of care to isolate people with flu symptoms. I'm now suffering and not happy. I've been virtually no where else where I could have picked this up.
Best doctors ever!
Rude receptionist, lengthy delays of up to an hour waiting for arrogant, self absorbed doctors. Lack of professionalism. I had a regular doctor who left the surgery and nobody contacted me to let me know. Blinding arrogance of the doctors to keep patients waiting 45 minutes.
I've read the poor reviews, but myself and my late partner receive/d nothing but the highest quality care from the front of house staff to the doctors. The great care shown is consistent, respectful and thorough. Thank you to everyone there.
I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH ALL THE STAFF AND DOCTORS !
