The staff are extremely rude as mentioned in previous reviews. Tried to charge for a long consultation when I booked for a standard. Very unprofessional way of speaking to their clients.
Great, helpful staff and great doctors. I’ve personally had no problems with this clinic.
Terrible is an understatement. They charged me for a long consultation because the request form for my medical records that I filled out for them 2 weeks prior Was never lodged to my prior doctor and I had to sit in the doctors office and wait for it to be chased up. Why I was charged for the staffs negligence I have no idea.
