Very disappointing experience. I hired Kim with high expectations and trusted her to deliver quality work, but unfortunately, she fell far short. The communication throughout the project was extremely poor. There was little to no transparency about the budget or timeline, and getting clear answers was consistently difficult. I have a small business and hired Queen St to build out customer facing spaces. The space is small and required creative solutions to be as effective as possible for our guests and staff. Kim is design minded and approached every challenge that we put to her with an ‘anything is possible’ perspective. Her work always finishes beautifully with no detail left unconsidered. Kim was excellent! She designed and installed wainscotting and custom bookshelves in our dining room. Every person who enters our home complements the space!
Where do I start! We met with so many contractors before deciding on Queen Street, quotes were all similar enough but Kim stood out with her enthusiasm for construction and design! We just felt comfortable with them as a company from day one. It pays to have a carpenter as your contractor as their attention to detail is immaculate and their finishes are so beautiful!
