I had such a great experience at Queen St Beauty and Hair today! I arrived for my haircut and color appointment around 3 PM, and the whole team was super lovely and polite from the moment I walked in. They even started me off with some water and tea, which was a nice touch. I had three different staff members looking after me—one for the color, one for the wash, and one for the haircut.
