I love my doctor but the team at this clinic is so frustrating to work with. Attempted to book my own appointment online (as they’ve asked me to do countless times but wasn’t able to due to the type of appointment not being able to be booked this way) and my appointment was declined. No reason was given. I attempt to call the office, their phones are turned off. Very very frustrating

I have been trying to book an appointment with a doctor , I have been declining as they are not accepting new patients. Maybe they should stop advertising accepting new patients , and I have been trying since last year.
We had an appointment scheduled for 7:40 a.m. and arrived at 7:35 a.m. When we tried to open the door, it would not open. Since we have had appointments at the same early time in the past without any issues accessing the building, we initially thought the door might have been stuck rather than intentionally locked.
