I am fortunate to have a medically skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Dr. Brual is one of the best and I am grateful to be under her care. She is so appreciated by my family. The nursing staff are also great and provide quality patient care.
If I could give Erin Ziegler who operates the transgender health team than 1 star I would. Do not recommend!
Invalidating doctors who rush you out before you're finished talking and decline 50% of your appointment requests. Prepare that some doctors refuse to do phone meetings. And prepare for second opinions from different clinics. Have heard anecdotes of them refusing to acknowledge gender-affirming health care, but that was from only a few people. The receptionists seem to hate talking to people, almost annoyed. Nurses are curt and blunt in a way that isn't comforting. The building is fine though and accessible for most people. ... read more
My doctor is Dr. Denisha and her receptionist is the kindest girl! Each time i call she always listens to me and helps me beyond any other staff i encountered with and i have been a patient for over 10 years. I am never on hold for past a minute and she even reached out to my specailist office as i was having a hard time to do so. Thank you B for being so patient with me
