I visited Queen Spectacle- Streetsville today in search of my Maui Jim ho’oikpa sunglasses and was assisted by Vasu Gupta, a Licensed Optician. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me get exactly what I was looking for. His customer service skills and knowledge was off the charts. I walked in, no appointment with my Salt sunglasses which had an arm fall off and I couldn't find one of the washers. No big deal....Queen Spectacle to the rescue! Pierre was so kind and so helpful. He fixed them for me while I waited, no charge. What amazing service! I will definitely be back!
We have dealt with Queen Spectacle for several years now, dating back to when they originally opened in Streetsville. They have consistently provided us with outstanding Customer Service which has resulted in us referring friends & family here as well.
