I had a great experience at Queen Spectacle in Etobicoke. Raymond helped me with a repair on my mom’s glasses, and he was incredibly professional, kind, and just had a really good vibe overall. It’s rare to find service this genuine and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
Happened to be nearby so i popped in to see if they could fix a small issue with my frames that I didn’t even purchase there. Was greeted kindly and professionally. They had me on my way promptly which included a fresh tune up. So refreshing to have an excellent customer service experience! Highly recommended.
