I came in a day beforehand to ask if they knew how to do a particular crotchet hairstyle. Was assured by the owner that they could after sending videos and having a verbal agreement. Not only did the owner not know how to do the hairstyle, she huffed and puffed repeatedly while doing it which made me feel uncomfortable with trusting her with my hair at all.
