Very unprofessional customer service. I have come here for years and have never had an issue. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and showed up and there were 2 other people there and she was confused about why I was even there. I showed her my phone to let her see she was the one who told me what time to be there. One of the worst braiding shop ever. They are very unprofessional. I had an appointment(for a sew in) and had to take off work early to be on time because I had to go to the airport the following day. My appointment was at 4:30pm and I arrived to the location at 4:20pm and the door was lock. It said “Open”, however nobody was there and I kept knocking.
