Very disappointing experience. We placed and paid for our order through the Queen’s Pizza website at 11:30, and it’s now 1:10 with no pizza, no update, and no way to reach anyone. We have been calling repeatedly for over an hour, and the phone just goes unanswered. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant is still showing as open on both their website and Uber Eats, so they’re continuing to accept orders despite being completely unreachable. I love queen's pizza I usually go to other locations but this one in particular was not the most pleasant experience i waiting for 10 minutes because the guy at the counter had to go ask the other guy in the back for the price of slices and pop well waiting i seen a big spider crawling on the floor plus other spiders on the walls i got 5 slices and they were so dry and hard me and my buddy asked how old the slices were and the guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders obviously not a good sign worst queen's I've been to... read more
Overall a dump of a resteraunt. Got served stale old slices you can tell were a couple days old and reheated.. asked the employee how old they are and he just shrugs his shoulders. Big spiders running around on the floor , stale pizza... I genuinely mean that this is a 1 star pizza place not even trying to be rude but this is genuinely the worst queens pizza I've been to.
This place has gone downhill unfortunately. All of the seats inside are dirty with stains. It is incredibly hot inside. They don't have slices available so had to wait for pizza but they didn't have my order I placed on the phone. Pizza is okay but waiting 40 minutes for a medium pepperoni is not okay. Just frustrated as this used to be a great place to get a quick pizza. Will say the prices are good
