Wanted to give a zero but no can. WORST URGENT CARE TO PUT YOUR KIDS IN. NEVER ANSWERS/TXT BACK. NEVER HAVE OPENING FOR APPOINTMENTS. YALL NEED TO SHAPE UP OR FIND A NEW CAREER. I ain’t wasting money on u guys to be booked all da time and never call/txt back. Going be looking for a new urgent care.
The reason why I’m giving it to one is when you call in you can’t talk to an individual you’re sent through a bullshit automated system and you have to leave a message and then they don’t return your calls. Understand why they only have 2.3 stars.
If I could give you 0 stars I’d give you zero stars and then take it back and burn it , your whole system is screwed up
