Booked my daughter’s 8:00 AM appointment, and arrived at 7:55 AM after driving 40+ miles. She didn’t get in the chair until 11:15 AM due to double booking. I asked for a 10% ($20) discount for the 3+ hour delay — she not only refused, but charged $40 more than I’ve paid before for the exact same service, claiming it’s “always the price.” Mistakes happen, but professionalism is shown in how you fix them. This shop wasted our time, overcharged us, and showed zero accountability. Never again.
I’ve been coming to Mai for years but pricing is too inconsistent for me to continue to come. I always get medium butt length boho knotless and provide 4 bundles of my own boho hair for $320 and I usually don’t get out of the chair until 7/8pm, which I don’t mind. Recently I wanted a braided boho Mohawk. Don't waste your time or money coming here. They will tell you different prices from the price you paid before. SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY & RUDE!
Called about getting four braids she said she can squeeze me i waited on a call back and she called to tell me to come and get there she said she doesn’t have time unprofessional
