The girl at the front counter is quite rude. i asked for a piece of plumbing and they told me they dont have it. she didnt even look at it. i had to show it to her again and she then rudely says dont have it. I ask if they can suggest a place where they might carried the part. totally ignors me. there was no other person at the store. i met someone else outside and they told me to go to Corona Plumbing which has the part. i will never go back to this place again for anything. I rather travel little further for a better place... read more
The owner / shopkeeper with glasses said he didn't know what a flushometer valve for toilet is and he had no idea how to get one or a replacement or a toilet. No effort to assist. No explanation of what plumbing he has in stock. It seemed that he just didn't want to bother even speaking. It was very odd.
