Got a very expensive and lovely suit jacket for Christmas that was just a bit too big. Queen Pin did an amazing job; if they had taken it in too much, it would have lost the style but too little wouldn't have fit me. They took their time, got it right and it looks amazing. Also did it in a week. Super pleasant people and great service.
All around great family business! I went in my first time for a pair of green vintage pants that needed to be let out she matched the colour perfectly and got them done in half the time I expected! A week later the zipper on one of my favorite work skirts got stuck (luckily I work near by) I was able to run it over and she released me from the stuck zipper and she's going fix it for me too! Absolute life saver and great at the craft!
At Queen Pin, they’re not only extremely talented, but also incredibly kind. I ordered a dress online and received it on a Friday, planning to wear it that night for our anniversary dinner — but it was too large in the waist. I brought it in, fully expecting to wear something else, but to my surprise, they fixed it within an hour so I could wear it as planned.
