Very concerning experience with this tax office. My friend went to them to file taxes. The preparer told him what refund amount he could expect, but after that, there has been zero communication. No confirmation that the taxes were even filed, and no response to repeated calls or texts asking for an update. At this point, it feels like they took his money and disappeared.
