David and Ivan were just so amazing. These guys were super professional and took care of us the whole time we were there felt like I was home just chatting it up. Definitely recommend this place five star.
Needed some fast cash for an emergency! Santiago took me right away and got me the help I needed. Very polite and understanding. Definitely recommend going go see him if you need to sell or loan anything.
My husband and I had just visited Queens of Pawn (Broadway location)and we decided to make another visit to Queens of Pawn right on (Military and Belvedere), the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and instantly a positive energy from every staff. Ivan what can I say this guy gave us a tour around with excellent customer service and showed us every item with no hesitation he went above and beyond. Ivan was so great. He helped both me and my boys get what we needed and went out his way to help me set up for additional stuff I would need for my purchase afterwards. Great energy, great customer service, very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family
Like most people, I haven't been to a pawn shop before. But, I had a fantastic experience with Ariel! The store was clean and organized and Ariel helped with any questions I had and he was willing to talk about the prices and make sure each deal was fair for me! Definitely a great experience!
