I'm very happy with the friendly service I received at this location. 1st impression the store looks very organized neat and cleaned. Got greeted by Junior, as I walked in and he directed me to the person who could assist me. He offered water or pop, so I got a Coke. Ricardo was very pleasant and asked how can he help me. My watch bands was too long and needed adjustment, so he adjust them. Amazing experience at Queen of Pawns. I found multiple items at a low price and great quality from Ray ban glasses and a bike as well. I will come back again and I will ask for Romeo since he offered me professional and friendly service.
From the moment you walk in all the employees greet you with a smile! Everyone is willing to help and it smells awesome. They have the best deals on gold! GiGi helped me this time and was super professional and even offered me a water bottle! Thanks will be returning soon!
