Danyella’s professionalism leaves much to be desired. I had scheduled to have a three hour braiding lesson (which my daughter and I had been looking forward to). She rescheduled my appointment 30 minutes before it was to start (without any communication) to an hour and a half later. She then subsequently cancelled my appointment without any communication. I have never been to the shop Queen of braides, however I plan on setting up an appointment soon. The reason I am typing this is because, we as black individuals need to look out for one another. For the people who actually wrote a bad review, I do understand why and how you would feel a type of way about the service you received, but was not pleased. Seriously why not just go talk to the owner personally to resolve the issue discretely. These white crackers want us to turn, and belittle against our own kind. Let's not give ... read more

I can't really say anything about the services. I called on Friday and she checked her dates of availability and schedule me for Sunday. Due to schedule conflicts my appointment was canceled 12 hours before my appointment which was 8:00 the next day. I had to call up some one 8:30 that night to get another appointment on such short notice. I normally would go to Fayetteville NC to get my hair done but decided to use someone local to save me a trip ,but now I know . I will stick with what I know.
