Horrible experience. I had an appt for 3pm I didn’t start getting my hair done until 9:07pm and yes I sat and waited bc it was July 3rd and I had no one else to do my hair. She said gave me a discount for the wait and longer braids than I paid for but didn’t seem like longer at all. Very nice braids however very poor customer service. I was in the salon until 1am and 3 people was braiding my hair at once.

Loved this braiding shop until Nicky is very unprofessional. I walked in and inquired about a style. She gave me an appointment. I showed up to my appointment just for her not to be here. I called the number, she answered and sounded like she was woken up by the call. I explained to her that I was at the salon and no one was there. She told me she remembered giving me an appointment but don’t recall what day she told me. I’ve given this business chance after chance. I’m always stuck waiting for a scheduled appointment. This time since they have a booking site, I’d figured it would be better. I booked my appointment online and got to the place of business a little early and waited in my car until my 10am appointment. I walked in and it’s a lady sleep on the chair.
