I’ve given this business chance after chance. I’m always stuck waiting for a scheduled appointment. This time since they have a booking site, I’d figured it would be better. I booked my appointment online and got to the place of business a little early and waited in my car until my 10am appointment. I walked in and it’s a lady sleep on the chair. I requested a bohemian knotless bob and I was serviced by Nina. Great experience overall! She listened to my requests and made sure that sizing and length were to my liking. She was very kind! I fell asleep a few times and apologized and she laughed and said I was fine, and that she understands. We shared great conversation as well. I did return the next day to get my hair re dipped because I still had some stiffness towards the top of my braids and she assisted me no problem. One word describes my experience at this place…….HORRIBLE! They will quadruple book and only have 2 Braiders . They play musical chairs braiding lil by lil everyone’s hair. It was so crazy, I told the lady to just finish the first woman’s hair cause the back and forth made them slower. Our appointment was at 9am, the Braider was late. We didn’t leave til quarter to 7.
