I used to come here frequently and would have given this place 5 stars before this week. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the staff until my recent visit with Ken. I came in for a pedicure and decided to add a manicure. The work initially looked good. I left satisfied and tipped generously. I didn't have a great experience 😕 As you can see my eyebrows have different shapes. One has a thinner arch and more pointy towards the middle. One is more round and is thicker. So sad my eyebrows look uneven. I don't understand what went through the lady's mind thinking they look good. She clearly 🙄 has no eyebrow experience. I'm not sure what her name is but she is the main one who helps you when you arrive and speaks very loud.

I called to make an appointment at 6pm. I showed up at 5:45pm with no one speaking to me until 15 minutes later. Only for them to ask me to come back another day because they’re understaffed. I needed to get my nails done TODAY and that’s why I call for appointment. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a very disappointing experience. The first lady finished my pedicure but she couldn’t do a French tip, so she switched with another woman who seemed to be the manager. The second lady was terrible. She didn’t even remove the original guideline the first lady painted—she just painted thick, uneven French tips over it on some toes. She also let gel polish dry in between my skin and nail. When the manager came over, she yanked it off with clippers even after I told her multiple times that it hurt.
