Hue did such an amazing job! I’m so happy I went here!!
I made an appointment and was very clear about wanting a gel fill. The manicurist started cutting my nails very short before i even knew what was happening so at that point i had no choice but to get them all cut. She then pulled out the acrylic despite me having stated clearly i didn't want acrylic. Obviously the person who made the appointment on the phone didn't relay my wishes and the manicurist didn't understand what i was saying. They're all sweet and kind there. I really wanted a callus remover but I still have calluses. I don't recommend getting that unless you have a good nail tech that knows how to do it correctly. They're very attentive with your nails. My hand and arm massage was a lot better than my foot massage. I love how my colors came out. The water could be a lot hotter. When I put my feet in, it was room temperature.
I LOVE this salon. It is one of the cleanest and most professional nail salons in SLC. The talented technicians are so fun and fast. Kim is the absolute BEST! Make an appointment and if you have to wait at all it is only a few minutes. They do not overbook so every time you go they have scheduled enough time to give you a personal experience. Need to mention… if there ever is a chipped nail or the next day you see a “flaw”… they will fix it immediately with a genuine desire to make it right.
My nails turned out uneven and square instead of round. But at least I got the nude color I wanted.
