5 star for Tony at Queen Nail & Spa … gave me what I asked for
I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted with my experience at this nail salon. I came in for a basic manicure and pedicure, and left with a serious finger infection due to being cut during the service. Literally the next morning, my finger became red, swollen, and painful. My doctor diagnosed it as a bacterial infection caused by improperly sanitized tools. I now need to have my finger cut open and drained because of how bad the infection has become.
