First time at this salon. Staff is very friendly, best pedicure ever!!! from Dimple . Will be back .
Under new management. Place is very nice, staff is great. Unlike old reviews they speak English and very pleasant and professional. Quality of work is good. I work right down the road from them and have never had an issue with waiting too long. Try them, you will not be sorry.
Employees speak their foreign language too much in front of the customers.
Very unsatisfied and upset with the service provided. Recently, my teen daughter had her eyebrows waxed (just a touch up requested) She waited 25 minutes for service while a staff member was using her cell phone, but worse, she was burned under her eyebrow (on the eyelid) when the employee left the wax on too long! She complained immediately that it hurt to no concern of the staff. When she returned to the car with me, the tears flowed but, at first, it was only red. I am absolutely pleased with this establishment....they have provided my mother and I with superb service. This is a full service salon. The employees here treat you like a celebrity and have such a wonderful personality. I will only come here for anything I need done. They make you feel like you are at home and you will always feel welcomed. Thank you so much for having a salon that offers great service and fantasic prices. If you are ever looking to get eye lashes done..... YOU MUST COME HERE!!!!!

I have been going to Queen Nail Salon since they opened. It is convenient for me, the prices are good AND the people greeting me are super nice! For the first time in my life, I started getting false eyelashes put in, and was hesitant at first. I was comforted and treated wonderfully! I am a very HAPPY customer!
