The experience here seems to entirely depend on who you get. The owner is efficient, but my technician was incredibly unprofessional. She was greeting other customers left and right while giving me the silent treatment. Throughout the service, she didn't say a single word, even just tapping my foot instead of speaking when she needed me to move it. I used to frequent this salon alot. Yesterday I walked in because it was my only free moment. I just needed a gel manicure and pedi. This morning one toe nail is already chipped and the nail polish on my hands is all lumpy. The overall quality is not good. I will not be going back. It feels very amateur in look and I will now have to go elsewhere to have it all redone.

I came to queen nails because my sister and mom go here and Kim does an amazing job on nails & pedicures. I got my nails done the middle of November and they are all still on as I do work a lot with my hands. I definitely am calling this nail salon my go to now. Ask for Kim if you go here!
