The gel manicure was below average. What struck me was the technician didn’t even ask what shape I wanted, she just started filing, I then told her just a light file please. But she had her earphones in the whole time while watching what I think was a show on her cell phone, I was concerned how you can do a good manicure while watching your phone half the time? The gel is uneven and the color isn’t even throughout on certain nails. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I tried this place for the first time today and won’t be coming back.I got a basic pedicure and my feet were scrubbed for about 2 seconds. I will have to go home and finish the job myself. My nail tech(a male) didn’t speak a word to me. He placed spacers in my toes before painting and whipped them off about 30 seconds after the top coat was applied. Used to love this place, unti i nearly had my toe nail cut past the quick into the live tissue during a pedicure. I asked 4-5 times for her to leave it alone. She would stop, move on to another part of the pedi and then start cutting AGAIN!!! A client should never have to ask more than once. This is completely inexcusable! This place is so cute! It’s very organized and clean. My experience was amazing. The sweet lady who did my nails Khoa Do is very talented and did wonderful on my nails. I’m so appreciative they got me in so fast today and it was a reasonable price!
