This was the first time I have been here. I absolutely loved the service the technician Mary, but I didn’t expected to pay 60 for a 45 pedicure! But definitely a great place had I not paid so much for it without knowing I would have given 5 star!

I have never been treated this way at a nail salon. I came in on a Sunday at 3:30pm. 1 customer was in the salon. And they sat me down right away. As I chose my pedicure they allowed me to know that it was too long and I could not choose that pedicure that I would have to only choose the basic pedicure. Of course I wanted to treat my self so I did leave and did not get any treatments done. Very unprofessional. Absolutely recommend Queen Nails! The salon is beautiful…the staff, superb!! Update: I’ve been going to Queen Nails since they opened and will state you will not find a better salon. Each team member is professional and an artist at their skill.
So bummed! This place is right by our house. Got a gel pedi and unfortunately disappointed.
