Highly unprofessional and dishonest operation. Customer service does not exist beyond taking payment. Every promise made is false, and there is no intention to resolve issues. Dealing with them is a guaranteed loss of time and money.
The service was horrible!!!!! I had an appointment to have a manicure and pedicure prior to going on vacation. The pedicure was ok except the polish on my toes was messy and on my skin they didn’t clean it up. They started the manicure and started to rush so much that while filing my nails she cut 2 of my fingers enough to draw blood. Another person came in and she went to take care of them and said someone would continue mine soon I waited 40 min. And nothing! She then came back and was again rushing.
