I have been coming here for some time and the work for pedicure by the only one tech I go to is exceptional. However, they don’t have a clue about their clients time, the disrespect is beyond me. If I take my time and effort to set up an appointment, I should be seen in my timeframe. I have now had two times where I’m the one with the appointment and q walk in is in my spot being serviced. I just got my nails done on Saturday and all my nails are braking and falling off!
This place is my go to nail spot in pico. All the staff is amazing and friendly feels like family. I like to spoil myself here when get a chance with my busy work schedule and sports mom. My daughters and I been coming here for sometime now and the biggest plus is this spot is just a few blocks away from my house.
