Been going to Queens for a while. I've been charged different each time with similar designs. They herd you in and then rush. I've never had one person from start to finish doing my nails. Kevin, despite ushering more and more customers in was clearly stressed due to the schools breaking up and he didn't know the order of people who came in. It makes me wonder about health & safety if there was to be a fire as im pretty sure the customers at the back would of perished. I hope they read this and put their customers care, heal... read more
