I visited this salon for the second time late today and was shocked on the lack of professionalism! . I was seated and Tracy had just started my nails when, shortly after, another customer who did not have an appointment walked in, she left me without any explanation and began attending to the other client instead. This was particularly frustrating as the same thing happened during my first visit. I waited over 40 minutes while Tracey served 2 other clients who arrived after me with no appointments. Had to go home an smooth nails as catching on clothing.
My daughter and I asked for a simple nail shape and polish pedicure, but the experience was awful. After waiting 20 minutes, we were seated in torn massage chairs. A staff member ran over my shoes with their trolley and ignored me when I pointed it out. They skipped trimming, applied polish straight away, hurt my toe and ignored me when I said “ouch,” and didn’t even use toe separators. The atmosphere was negative, the service careless, and the whole experience disappointing. I do not recommend this salon — beware!
If I could give no stars I would. My daughter bought me a $50 gift certificate for this place and it has a 3 year expiry. Yes I had it for 2 years, they wrote the wrong expiry date on it but has when it was bought but they wouldn't accept my voucher due to the state of it, it literally only has to fold marks as I've kept it in my purse the whole time. As they have changed owners and no longer use those vouchers. I'm utterly disgusted by this service and she was so rude to me
