The eye part of hospital is great. However, the pharmacy is absolutely useless. Waited 1hour and a half for prescription. Never in my life have Waited so long for a prescription to be handled. Terrible

Unbelievable service. Waiting room almost empty on a Saturday at 11am. Super clean and great WiFi. I was seen quickly and staff were amazing. Restoring my hope in the NHS

I have been under Mr Bladen and his ophthalmology team for 4 years now. Appointments to Surgery orbital decompression and eye lids.Can honestly say I've had the best treatment. A big thank you to all from reception to the nurses with the tests , then seeing the Doctors . The attention is second to none even ringing to make appt if I've felt something was wrong. Always been there for me thank you to Dr French for Mondays appt. Was so pleased with outcome. Yearly visits from now on. Thank you 🤗

I had a labroscopy a week ago and the surgery went well , except my blood pressure was very high they look after me until my blood pressure went down . Everyone was very professional from the nurse to the doctor and the surgeon and a special thank you to nurse TAKANA from Zimbabwe who take real good care of me .

The General Surgery Secretary Suzanne is honestly awful. She is not being professional at all to patients, she was being so patronising throughout the whole call, sighing and making so many impatient sounds behind the call and all she could say is she can’t comment on anything clinical so why is she even on the phone speaking to patients???
