I had a labroscopy and a cyst removal here and it was honestly the best experience. I was very nervous and the nurses took very good care of me and were very sympathetic and understanding. ( especially Nurse Wendy) 10/10 experience. And thank you to the nurse who held my hand as I was being put to sleep 🥺🫶
Claude is a real asset to the hospital really helpful and goes above and beyond.
I had a surgery and I am extremely grateful for doctors and nurses. My experience was very good. I stayed at Avery Hill ward and later Mottingham Ward. everybody there were really nice and made me feel comfortable and had no worries.
Went with friend for his blood test. Rang, made appointment for same day. Seen quickly and on time. Area we were in was bright and clean.
I have just called the hospital as I was worried about my father that had been admitted to hospital. I spoke to a lady on the main switchboard who quickly helped me with my inquiry. This lady needs to be recognised as a valuable member of staff. She not only put my mind at ease but delivered outstanding customer service. I appreciate her help in a time when I needed it the most.
