I bought a SEIKO wrist watch for my son for his 16th birthday from this jeweller. When i took it home i found out that it was not working and i took it back. I was told that the battery needed to be replaced. I agreed. I was charged $ 15/- for that which I think was wrong. That was not the issue. In trying open the back of the watch to put a new battery in, the jeweller had damaged the watch beyond repair i.e. 50 m under water pressure protection was was gone. I do not recommend this shop at all.
Bought a watch as a present for my husband but it wasn't his style so went back less than 7 days later to return and was met with a 180 degree attitude change. The watch hadn't even been taken out of the packaging or tried on. He was dissmisive and told me no store does refunds and to take it to the commission. He gave me store credit but then said he hopes I don't come back. Disgusting attitude and very poor customer service. If you want to take revenge on someone send them there. How are you still in business is beyond me. When they sell you something they are so nice but if there is an issue with the product or a simple refund they become so rude, dismissive and aggressive.
Used this jeweller a few times .....5 star service everytime!!
