I have resided in their apartments in Cullowhee since they opened Jan. 2004, except when I went to Iraq to fight in the war. I only stay there because I am too poor to move, unless I become homeless. The landlord/owner (Jim Queen) is the worst I have encountered in over thirty years of renting all over the US.
