I fell over 2 weeks ago and hit my chin. I was just going to go home and deal with it but it was bleeding heavy so came straight here. I was seen not long after getting here . I want to thank the clinician that helped us. Thankyou. Today had a total different experience upsetting . Talked to by the female nurse not in a nice way told I need a X-ray then hour later told by a male nurse I don’t. I fell 2 weeks ago my knee was bruised and still Is. I’ve had a good experience so far with the maternity department. All appointments have been scheduled quickly and have had no cancellations except one being brought forward due to doctors strike. Blood pressure & scan appointments ran on time with very little waiting around at all. Had a slight scare two weekends ago which led me to triage & then a delivery ward for 2 days.
