I called today because I had an emergency I called several times and no answer and when I did I got horrible service from the secretary she gave me an attitude when I told her that I Couldn’t find my claim slip for August but I had my claim slip for the new month she said that doesn’t matter she needs the old on so she can get PAID . After 20 years coming here, multiple root canals, cleanings, filings... today I had the worst experience having my teeth cleaned. The hygienist cut my gum, I felt blood going down my throat, she continued. I had to push her arm away and the next ten minutes were severe bleeding as she tried to blame it on my gums. At first you think it's a good place, then problems appear one after another. At the first appointment, the hygienist had my teeth scaled, and pieces of my teeth were removed, and from then on I couldn't eat many foods for six years because they had damaged parts of my gums and teeth, causing a lot of pain when I ate certain foods.
