Extremely difficult to get any type of communication. When I finally got an appt, it was 6 months out. Appt got pushed and postponed three times. NP was kind, but not interested (nor asked about) any concerns. Was told I'd have to make a separate appointment for that. Seemed rushed, felt like I was just being "processed". Patient room clean but felt rundown (in need of new paint etc). Not impressed.
My PCP referred me to this office over a month ago. It's already hard to find Women's Healthcare in TN. They NEVER called and they NEVER answer the phone. Why even be considered open. Just close down as well. Negative 10 star.
My daughter had an appointment today. She tried several times to get ahold of them and they never answered the calls. Her insurance changed as she was married and they had a hard time there. Don't get me started on the terrible front desk. My daughter received an ultrasound with no mention of a co pay before service or anything explained to her including her insurance wouldn't let her been seen without a referral from her pcm. Front Desk is very freakin RUDE and on top of that left me on hold for 30 minutes in that time I had clicked over and scheduled an appointment with another provider so the reviews are definitely true your staff and the way they treat people definitely ruins your business just unprofessional I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND especially for pregnant women this is a very vulnerable time who wants to go to a prenatal visit and the staff is RUDE!
If I could give zero starts I would. Still trying to schedule my 6week post csection appt…4 yrs after my kid was born. No one answers phones or returns voicemails. Dr hicks herself is amazing but like I said they never answer their phones. Over the 4 yrs I’ve left dozens of messages and sat with the “your call I very important to us please hang on the line and someone will answer your call shortly” message playing on repeat for up to 2 hrs.
