Predatory billing. Will double charge for visits and will claim its all within policy. Billing is a nightmare get your care elsewhere for your family.
Horrible communication with their patients. They will not answer the phones. I will be looking for another obgyn that I can actually get ahold of.
I am notorious for having challenging veins to get blood drawn. The lady named Cyerra got my blood on the first stick! She was really sweet as well! I was amazed! I told her that I will request her from now on. The most annoying thing is when you get poked several times for nothing!
The ladies at the front desk are the downfall of this place. They never answer the phone. There’s zero communication between them regarding patient charts. As a front desk receptionist, isn’t your entire job to check patients in/out (looking at their chart) and answering the phone? They will tell you that everything needs to be done through the portal however, portal messages are answered inconsistently, on their timing, or not at all. Wasted an hour waiting to make an appt. Finally was prompted to leave a voicemail or return to the queue. I selected return to queue and.... Nothing. What a joke.
