Customer service is not great. Tried for 3 days to get a report sent to me for my husband. First said we didnt pay our bill, I sent proof of payment. then they quickly said they found a record of the payment. Then said they couldnt give me results. I explained I didnt want results but the actual report. said I would try a call back....never got a call back. Very upset about the stalling of obtaining a copy of OUR medical reports.
