We rolled in with a flat on our LTV, they saw us immediately, we were prepared to pay 100s of dollars for a new tire. They told us it was a damaged valve stem, cost 30 dollars to repair and we were on our way in under an hour.
Called em up, ordered tires cheaper than tire rack, they got them quick and installed without issues.
Very honest owner takes responsibility for his staff .
In the middle of a 13 hour drive with 5 hours left still, had a bubble show up on a tire and needed to change both front tires. Pulled up at 6:28, they closed at 6:30. Before even getting out of the car and knowing what I needed they pointed where to park, I told them what I needed, gave me several options on different tires and I was back on the road in literally 15min for under $250!
