My experience was horrible, I attended a party at the venue. Something of mine was taken while there. When I asked to owner could she please look at the camera footage to see if she saw anything I was told “ I will look after I am done getting the place ready,then she proceeded to tell me I have to give her $200 and she insinuated I do not have that” not knowing me at all, I was just someone who attended the party. Very unprofessional
We had a really great experience with this place, from the beginning to the end. Absolutely we will consider this place for our next event.
From start to finish I experienced great professionalism. The communication was appreciated, and I felt like the team wanted us to have a successful event as if we were family. The venue was a blank slate and the option to go in and make it your own was appreciated. We received the space clean with all working components. Queen City Social Spaces is a gem in our community! Their rental spaces have limitless opportunities for transformation to host your perfect event. I am always in awe when I see the creativity of how their team accommodates each guest and their needs. They have quick and kind customer service. We are grateful for the time that our dance family has been able to utilize this space for rehearsals. Small business that support each other is a big win!
