2026 Edit: Another leak cause by an ice dam. Let’s see what support I get this time… Don't worry QC Roofing, my new GAF 50yr warranty roofing leaked around the chimney but I fixed it myself. I sent photos - You came back and checked from the outside and said there were no issues. That didn't solve the leak your team created, or my dissatisfaction with the after-install support. Thanks a lot.Â
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Salesperson made a couple of trips to scope out the work. I never felt like I was being pressured or ripped off. They excelled in the little things. For example, when they took up the roof they discovered that we had extra thick plywood underneath it. Some sheets of it had to be replaced due to leaks and they bought plywood of equal quality. I chose Queen City for my roof replacement because they were highly recommended by two of my neighbors. They were very easy to deal with, communication was good and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The quote was reasonable and even when the roof needed unexpected repair the final price was still very close to the estimate. The work was done in about 8 hours while I was at work and they cleaned up the property thoroughly. Roof looks great and I didn’t have to worry about anything.Â
