Bill was personable, engaged, and helpful in presenting options, and his quote was very reasonable. On installation day, Vinton was missing a helper and worked all day replacing our electric water heater with a heat pump hybrid. He was neat, careful, professional, and even cheerful when he left our house at 8:30 pm--a pleasure to have on the job.
Hayden, Zack, and the helper, they did A well pleased job for all they did. They work hard, they did not waste time. I was very pleased with what they did. In the future. I will want them to come back and work for me again. Make A note on that.
Another great experience with Queen City. Transparency upfront on remedial cost (following a comprehensive diagnostic visit), and excellent repair service from Vinton (efficient, neat, professional). These guys are the best!
This company charged me $500 to cleanout a main line stoppage. They advised a more expensive repair ranging from $3000 - $8000 for a partial line fix or a full line replacement. The stoppage reappeared the next day. Out of a "courtesy" they sent another gentleman out to unstop the main line again but warned it would continue to reappear until the expensive repair was complete.
