6 people staffed 1 person working. Took us an hour and a half to get a single piercing. There were 2 people in front of me. Really nice group but why is there only one person doing the piercings while the rest of the staff sits around?

Still making my review a 3 star because the piercers and staff are great and don’t deserve a bad rating at all. I’ve spent over $300 on 3 piercings near the end of December. I came in today to get downsize the bars as they recommended. It’s $20 for two bars not bad. The bars they ordered from a new vendor isn’t compatible with the gem I purchased. I would have had to purchase a new gem today because management won’t honor the mistake. I would have never bought a gem if I would have known I couldn’t use it 6 weeks later. Also... read more
Super solid establishment, well worth the price. I would recommend requesting Carie. She pierced my ears a few weeks ago and is very, very good at her job.
