Went to get my nostril done, everything went well. Went back to get sized down, went well again. The third time I went I had accidentally ripped my nose ring out so I decided i wanted to go back for my thirds in my lobes and my other nostril. They were semi busy and I was willing to wait as i understand the process BUT I was waiting over 2 1/2 hours. 3 other people that came after me got pierced before me. Chris is absolutely phenomenal! My daughter is so scared of needles and it definitely showed. He was very patient, kind, and empathetic. He talked her through every step of the process and was very patient when he she had a bit of a panic attack. If she ever decides to get another piercing we will definitely come back.

An employee says, “What can I do for you?” We were waiting for our friend to get inside so we said “We are waiting, she’s coming in.” He then rolled his eyes.
