Tyler is awesome. Super cool and very easy to work with. I recently had a front camera installed by Queen City Overland, and I couldn’t be happier. The installation was clean, professional, and looks completely factory. He had a quick turn around too! I can’t recommend here enough. First, I bought a modified GX from Hendrick Lexus Northlake last fall and I called Tyler out of the blue to do a PPI and he went out there on a Saturday morning to inspect it and told me not to pay him (I forced him to let me venmo him). 6 months later I called him back to install a switch panel, lights, and rack and he did a great job. Took my truck to get an inverter looked at and repaired. Not only did they find hazards that could've set my truck on fire from the previous installers, they diagnosed, installed new needed parts, and completed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend their installs and repairs over big name vendors 100Xs over. Excellent craftsmanship and above and beyond customer service. A++
Highly recommend QCO! Tyler helped us build out our first camping vehicle, a ’99 Jeep XJ. He helped add a rooftop tent, awning, lift, wheels, axles, motor, and a custom rear shelf. Tyler was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. We couldn’t be happier with how the Jeep turned out!
Off the bat, customer service was 10/10. Communication was excellent from drop off to pick up. Brought my Silverado in for work and got me taken care of super quick. Shop local!
