Tyler, a true rockstar at Queen City in Charlotte, NC. He’s an absolute gem. After a frustrating ordeal with other shops, he emerged as the only one brave enough to tackle my camper van. I absolutely love the new look. Tyler took care of me and my 4Runner, helped me from the start on where to look and what to look for. Told me call/text him anytime if I have any questions. He found an issue while installing and instead of price gauging me, he worked with me and we made a deal. Will definitely come back.
This is only place I'll bring my truck to have work done! Tyler did an excellent job installing a lift, tires and doing an alignment on my Frontier. He is super knowledgable and meticulous with his work. The customer service at Queen City Overland is second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their rig!
My husband found Tyler and arranged to have new tires and a lift kit added to my 4Runner TRD Pro. He recommended what type of tires to purchase, changed the roof rack out, and made my vehicle look just like I wanted. He is so professional and friendly. I know we will remain friends and do business together in the future!
Queen City Overland replaced my shocks/struts and rear coil/springs without an issue. Very knowledgeable and helped me picked the parts I needed. I look forward to future projects with QCD.
